Our ever-popular Bloom Bashes are a great way to do a little simultaneous beautifying and socializing. We close to the public and you bring food, drinks and your party spirit for an evening of pedi’s, mani’s and girly fun! Perfect for birthdays, office gatherings, showers and stagettes these evenings do book up fairly well in advance so please organize early to avoid disappointment. How it works:
One person from your group (The Hostess) should contact us at 604.736.8960 to find a date that works for everyone. At this time The Hostess will need to know the maximum amount of people expected to attend and will be required to leave a credit card number to reserve the booking . The Hostess will then be issued the Bloom Bash paperwork that goes over all the fine print and provides a list to help manage the guests. You will also be asked if you would like to add a Stella & Dot shopping experience to your event. This adds an additional activity to your event and, as hostess, you can earn great free jewellery based on purchases made by your guests. Fun, non?
Once The Hostess has the paperwork she can begin confirming the list of attendees and the spa service they would like to have. For Bloom Bashes we offer pedicures ($50-$60), 45 minute massages ($50) or deluxe manicures which include a paraffin wax treatment, salt scrub and French polish ($50). Every guest must be signed up for at least one service. Completed Bloom Bash paperwork must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event.
After booking we may be able to accommodate additional guests in your time slot but there are no guarantees. Likewise, if your group happens to shrink during the planning process we may be required to adjust your start time. Generally, Bloom Bashes run from 5 or 6pm to 8pm. You have the use of the spa for 30 minutes after the completion of the last service as our crew will be cleaning up. If you require a longer use of the space we may be able to accomodate this at an hourly rate of $100. Any guest cancellations less than 7 days prior to your event will be charged to The Hostess’ credit card. If you choose to have a Stella & Dot trunk show added to your Bloom Bash orders will be taken directly from your guests and they will provide their own payment for these orders.
You may bring your own food and drink (alcohol requires a special license). We have found that finger foods work best and we are more than happy to provide information for local restaurants that could easily cater your event.
